Are you booking as an organization or as an individual?
It changes who signs. An organization signs in its own name; an individual signs personally.
A sentence or two is plenty. A retreat, a workshop, a launch, a shoot, a celebration.
List every date you are considering, including second choices. If you need more than one day, say so here.
For example, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Setup and breakdown time sits outside this and is not charged.
A best estimate is fine. It is the number that shapes both the room and the food.

Facilitation for retreats, strategy days and difficult conversations. It is an add-on to the space, and the discount for guests of The 7 Space is already included in the estimate we send you. You do not need to ask for it.
Will alcohol be served?
We ask up front because it changes the insurance terms, and we would rather sort that out now than the week before.
If your organization pays by purchase order, telling us now saves weeks later.
