These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the7space.com and our forms, booking, checkout, payment, and communication tools (together, the “Services”). By using the site, booking a session, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing the site, submitting a form, booking a session, placing an order, or making a payment, you accept these Terms on your own behalf and, if you are acting for an organization, on its behalf. If a signed agreement exists between us, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these Terms.
2. About & Eligibility
The 7 Space is an art gallery and wellness center operated by The 7 Space LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company located at 7 Warren Street, Newark, New Jersey 07102. We host exhibitions, wellness sessions, classes, workshops, and community events, and we sell related goods and bookings. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to purchase or book through the Services.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to:
- attempt unauthorized access to the site, its data, or its systems;
- interfere with or disrupt the site’s operation or security;
- harvest other users’ data, or scrape the site at scale;
- transmit malicious code, spam, or fraudulent content;
- impersonate anyone, or harass or abuse anyone through our forms, email, or phone lines;
- use the Services to violate any law or third-party right.
We may suspend or terminate access for any violation, and may report unlawful activity to the authorities.
4. Bookings, Orders & Payments
Sessions and events are booked through our scheduling tools, and products are purchased through our online store. Payments are processed through Stripe (online and, for in-person sales, at our point of sale). Prices are shown at the time of booking or checkout. A booking or order is confirmed only when the required deposit or payment is received. You authorize us (via Stripe) to charge the amount shown for the service or product you select. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
5. Cancellations, Deposits & Refunds

| You cancel a session or event | Fees for services already delivered are due; unused pre-paid amounts (beyond a non-refundable deposit) are refunded pro-rata. |
| Product orders | Returns, exchanges, and refunds for goods are handled under our Refunds & Returns Policy. |
| We cannot deliver | If we cancel and cannot reschedule, you receive a full refund of amounts paid for the undelivered session, event, or product. |

6. Intellectual Property
The site, its design, code, text, graphics, and the artwork and materials we display are owned by The 7 Space LLC, the participating artists, or our licensors, and are protected by intellectual-property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse gallery images, brand materials, or site content without permission. Purchasing a product or booking a service does not transfer any intellectual-property rights in our content or in exhibited artwork.
7. Your Content
You keep ownership of the content and materials you provide (for example, a message, a review, or details you submit for a booking). You grant us a limited license to use them only as needed to deliver the Services. You confirm you have the rights to any content you give us and that it does not infringe anyone’s rights or break any law.
8. Third-Party Services
The Services rely on third parties (e.g. Stripe for payments, WooCommerce and CartFlows for checkout, Amelia for booking, Resend and Beehiiv for email, Twilio for SMS, SiteGround for hosting, Cloudflare for security). Your use of those features may also be subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and are not endorsements.
9. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Wellness sessions and classes are offered for general well-being and are not medical, therapeutic, or professional health advice; consult a qualified professional for medical concerns. We deliver our services with reasonable skill and care, but we do not guarantee specific results or outcomes.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the claim, or US $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The 7 Space LLC, its members, and staff from claims, damages, and reasonable costs (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Services, your content, or your breach of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Before filing any claim, we agree to first try in good faith to resolve it informally by email for 30 days. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Essex County, New Jersey, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Each party keeps the right to seek injunctive relief for intellectual-property or unauthorized-access matters.
13. Term, Termination & Changes
These Terms apply while you use the Services. We may suspend or end access if you breach them. We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date will change and, for material updates, we will provide more prominent notice. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
