SMS / Messaging Terms

The short version. If you give us your mobile number and opt in, we may text you about your bookings and account, plus updates you asked for. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. We never sell or share your number, and consent to marketing texts is never required to buy anything.

By providing your mobile number and opting in — for example on a form, at checkout, or when booking — you agree to receive text messages from The 7 Space (The 7 Space LLC) at that number, including messages sent by an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You confirm the number is yours and you may receive texts on it.

2. Types of Messages

3. Message Frequency & Cost

Message frequency varies — typically a few messages per booking or order. Message and data rates may apply per your mobile plan; we don’t charge you for the messages, but your carrier may. We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Opting Out & Getting Help

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe — you’ll get one confirmation and then no further texts (except as needed to complete an in-progress transaction). Reply HELP for help, or contact [email protected]. You can opt back in any time by texting START or opting in again.

5. Carriers

Supported carriers include the major U.S. carriers and many others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Messaging is sent through our messaging provider (Twilio) under U.S. A2P 10DLC rules, from +1 (973) 718-7674.

6. Privacy

We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. Your number is used only to send the messages described here and is handled under our Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in data is never shared with third parties for their own purposes.

7. Changes & Contact
